while you were out.....

this poor blog has been without attention lately, and for that i'd like to apologize to all my radical readers.

january 2005 has already come and gone and not a fucking peep out of me?
THAT seems very out of character!


so......
a recap:

yes, the holidays turned out nicely.
yes, a full week was spent back in the homeland, with friends and family alike.
yes, i got every last thing i could have wanted from santa.

yes, this winter weather is starting to get "old".
freeze....thaw......snowstorm.......thaw.......freeze.........repeat.

it's almost a good thing i'm headed to arizona next week.
for the FULL week.

and it better be fucking HOT.

december was loaded with work-related things right up until the holiday itself.
and january has proven to maintain that crushing load of work.
i guess having the large workload helps to take your mind off the weather, but it leaves very little time for anything else in life.


and yes, people are still fucking stupid.
each day seems to be another battle to find the redeeming qualities in most people.
from the rude people, to the incondsiderate people, to the downright fucking annoying people, each day is a new adventure to find a relative balance and maintain composure while being surrounded by idiots.
